Mr D is the worst

Worst service ever! I'm deleting their app and never using it again. I got numerous emails that I qualified for a R80 discount but when I couldn't use the coupon voucher, contacted their service team but to no avail until I finally gave up.

I got more emails that I qualified for another R70 discount, ordered at 13:56 and the driver was very very late. He sent a message at 15:25 that he is lost. Sent him messages asking where he is but no response. Emailed the service team, still no response. Unfortunately, I couldn't cancel the order. Called the service team, that takes forever to answer their phones.
