Mr D is the worst

The consultant rated 10/10 because she did her job and i have no issues with that. My issue is with the group/MR.D app, my experience was the worst and b/c of that i will never made use of your app/services. No where on the app , online or when redeeming the Wicode does it state that the code can only be used once, this is important info to provide to customers. had i know i would have used the code and topped up for one transaction yet there was zero info advising that code can only be redeemed once. Customer experience ruined and It is only fair i share this with other customers so that they are aware of this info. please done be shocked by the hellopeter complaint logged.
