Mr D is the absolute worst

I am absolutely disgusted by the service or lack there of which I received from Mr D Foods. I've never experienced such impotence in my life. I placed an order for KFC to be delivered to my work place, where I was WORKING. I received the notification after an hour, that my order has been collected and that it was on its way. 10 minutes later, I got a notification saying my order has arrived and within the next 5 minutes the driver cancelled my order. I then called enquires and explained to them what had happened and the consultant said that the driver assumed it was a delivery for someone waiting in a parking lot. So without even contacting ME, they just made the assumption! Then the consultant put me on hold and when she got back she offered me a voucher to place another order, which meant I then had to wait another hour for me food which would have most likely been cancelled again because the drivers don't have the decency to call the customers or even liaise with the people who dispatch the orders. I was told that there was nothing further they could do to assist me other than giving me a voucher so that I can go through the trouble of placing another order and wait another hour. I asked what would happen to my money if I just had the order cancelled and she told me it would only be returned in 3-5 working days. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! I'm now not only without food, but without my money for a few days as well. At the point which my airtime ran out, they did not even bother calling me back. I then decided to purchase more and call back, only to find out that the consultant processed the reversal, after I was cut off, and there was now absolutely nothing they could do for me. I am livid! And I will most definitely never be using this impotent delivery service ever again!
