MR D is terrible!!

Terrible customer service!!! It’s like they don’t care about their customers anymore, the last few times when we ordered something we received incorrect items or the food is burned or it takes longer than an hour to deliver. This is getting out of control, i just ordered from KFC and my whole order was wrong and when you log a query on the mr d app they won’t even refund you the right amount???
