Mr D is pathetic

Wednesday the 15 July I ordered KFC Ottery, my full order was not delivered, I complained, my kids were about to eat and they told me I need to send the whole order back as they will bring a new order, I waited 30 mins and called in only to be told there is no order and they will refund, I still havent received my money back and my kids ate pass 10 the night as I had to make something. Today, 17 July, I order from KFC rondebosch at 8:19pm, it's now 9:45pm and still no food. I have phoned in thrice and everyone will call me back and no one has, my kids have again not eaten. You are just pathetic for such a big company seriously. Not like you guys care but I will not be using this pathetic service anymore and I want both my refunds back or I will take it further.
