Mr D is not refunding me back my money soent on food I did not get.

Tried to order food at McDonald's through Mr Delivery but my card refused to process and I eventually gave up. When I got up the next day I found out that my account had been debited twice for food I didn't even receive. Sent Mr D an email and a representative rep**** asking me to send through my bank statements which I have sent but have not received any response from them for the past two days.
