Mr D- is just Sh*t

I ordered food and had to wait for the driver to arrive, which he didn’t. At them at time, I am being kept posted of his whereabouts. With that still he never pitched. Called their call Centre and I was informed that the driver said he called and I didn’t answer then he decided to cancel my order.. Why would I call the management team if he had got here ?? The call to the Centre was pointless, no help was given per say but that I had to order again. After waiting almost 45mins for my food and at that time, lunch time is over. I contacted the restaurant and they assisted me. As for Mr D, I just deleted the app. Thanks for nothing.
