Mr D is a ****

On the 25th November 2022, i placed an order and it was accepted , the money was taken from my account, the app indicted that the driver collected my meal but then it said "unsuccessful delivery" .I then proceeded to call Mr D after waiting almost 2 weeks for my refund, i cashed out my wallet on the 1 December 2022 , after almost a whole month i still did not received my money, i sent emails upon emails requesting assistance, i was told my money was refunded to another account linked to my app (which is utter ******* because i did not purchase on that account so why is my money being returned to there) anyway, the money didn't even reflect in that account when i called the person whos card it was, so where is my money!!!??? I was told this would be escalated to the financial team but i have received no response till today, its a whole new month, new year and still nothing!!!...I WANT MY MONEY RETURNED TO MY ACCOUNT BECAUSE THIS IS RIDICULOUS....the sad thing is im not the first person that happens to, Mr D you are disgusting!!!
