Mr D is a RIPP OFF!!!

Worse App to be made ever!!! Its now been a whole weekend and 3 business days and I still haven't received my refund after KFC KFC Plumstead apparently could not make my order!!! I cannot understand how you create an app that takes money and when you call Mr D the agents simply just say you need to wait for your money!! I want my money ASAP!!!
