Mr D is a joke of a company

I wish there were a negative rating option. I used to love Mr D. This past Saturday i wanted to eat something different so i ordered Dros, via the Mr D app. I got my order with my starter missing, my coke was not added and the custard i was given was off!!!Bear in mind, i had paid for all these items. Thereafter i sent an email on Saturday, asking if the fillet was Chicken or Beef, considering the rest of my order was messed up. I contacted the call centre which was USELESS they asked me to send an email which i got a response after 3 days.My dog enjoyed a meal worth around R200 and some odd. Mr D then gives me a louse R94 voucher. I would of prefered a meal on Saturday night opposed to a dam useless meaningless voucher!!!!
