Mr D - I'm dissatisfied with your service

I'm livid as I write this because I placed an order on the Mr D app and the driver got lost, reported to an incorrect address and instead of taking the correct one over the phone, she hangs up. So I call the customer care line and I'm being transferred from one person to the next which irritates me even more, they tell me that the order is now cancelled. This means that I've paid for food that I'm never going to get.
