Mr D ignoring me regarding incorrect order

I placed an order with Mr D and they delivered something that I hadn’t ordered. I sent an email about this but they’ve been ignoring me since. I just want my refund and to never do business with them again because I’m unhappy with their service. Please respond to my email and refund me!!
