Mr D horrible service

Placed an order through mr d to macdonalds, ,my order came but it was missing 1 item of food, called Mcdonald's woodmead and they said I should coem and fetch the fries whereas I ordered via Mr D, the stuff were of no help at all, told me there's nothing they are able to do unless I go and fetch the fries, I called Mr D, the 1st consultant said I can either get a refund for the whole order or I can get a refund to the value of the fries, I then requested for a full refund, the consultant said okay she will process the refund, I waited for a whole 20 minutes, I called again with my own airtime, the second consultant Zama or zanele said no I cannot get a refund, they are only able to give me a coupon for the missing fries, which is ridiculous, I always order through Mr D, and i'm livid that this is the kind of treatment I get, which makes me rethink ordering through them again. your stuff also is misleading, you should do training again.
