Mr D horrible service

To say that I am absolutely fed up and upset with Mr D is an understatement!!!

So long story short, I have an order for a Pizza place of which I feel no need to mention as this is not about them.

So my phone decides to just go nuts as I want to change my payment method from card to cash. As I press for it to be changed ,my phone decides to just place the order and it goed through on my card which I did not want and that is not even mentioning the tip of which I normally tip a driver in cash also going off on my account.

Okay so I try and cancel my order just so I can try and reorder it as cash. I had no intention of not reordering but as I am on the line trying to get through to a agent it gets accepted but the restaurant. About 3 to 4 minutes waiting through all of their automated voice recordings and I get to a agent just to be told they cant reverse it becasue the restaurant already accepted it but I would have gotten it cancelled if the voice automated recordings have not taken so long.

So the lady says to me she can ask her Manager after I told her I am literally going to re order my exact order from them just in cash so no wasting of food.

Another 3 to 4 minutes on hold just to be told the manager has still not responded to her.

So here I really lose it. First off I have been a customer of MR D for years, you can look at my history to know I have never done something like this and I dont complain very often.

Second her coming back saying a manager has still not responded after I have already been waiting.

So I tell her they must now continue with the order and to remove my profile from their server because after this I will not be ordering from them again.

And THEN when I ask for the call centre agents name she REFUSES to give it to me!!!!

So MR D !!!! According to your agent you cant refund a order as soon as a restaurant accepts it but it is your fault I didnt get to your call centre in time, second nowhere on your little info block says this info!!! If you want to cancel it, it says phone!!!
