Mr D horrible service

I found out about hello Peter yesterday and thought I should write about my experience. About a mintu ago I ordered on the app with a card payment fr9m Roco Mama's. When the driver was at my house to deliver I found out the money was not debited from my account and the driver refused to give me the food after I had told him I would do an eft payment. I then phoned the manager at the Mr D branch and he was not apologetic at all. Even went as far as to tell me that they were having a problem with debit order card payments from their side and they informed me it was not their problem. After all the horrible service the driver then left with the food and told me he would bring it back later after his manager said the payment went through. I asked if it would be freshly made again and he told me no he's bringing back the same food he has now. After trying to do an eft payment it failed because of the problems from their side. I then phone roco mama's that I ordered from and asked if any food was brought back from a Mr D driver and they said no food was returned that night. I find it shocking that the drivers then eat food they don't pay for and the managers are so unhelpful at Mr D. I have never been so insulted before from a service provider.
