Mr. D has the dumbest tipping system ever.

I really want to like Mr D, but I find it so difficult with their outrageously stupid tipping system.

WHY ON EARTH would I ever want to decide upon a tip before receiving the service?? What if I want to take away a tip? I now have to call and specifically request each time, wasting a support staff's time, if I receive really bad service or get my food ******.

Mr delivery, your drivers are going to continue to under perform if you keep this model. I had a driver deliver food to my neighbour who accepted it and then ate it last week. The driver was penalised, but I had to manually make sure via phone that the tip was rescinded. This is ridiculous. I should be able to tip in the 12 hours after my order or so. Fix your system, or I will stop using your subpar services.
