Mr D giving bad service

I placed an order for food with MrD, after waiting 2hours no feedback was given in regard to my order. They had apparently no driver to accept the order even though there were available as stated by an consultant.

After 2 phone calls and online whatsapps it was advise to go pickup my order by myself or have the ordered cancelled.

Really!!! This is unacceptable service
