MR D Foods poor service

On 29 April i placed a order at 17:29 from Mr D Foods for food to break my fast at 18:15. The delivery time says 18:20. This order is for myself and 6 year old son who has been fasting since 6am.and is looking forward to breaking his fast with his burger. At 17:30 i get a email to confirm my order. Time comes to break our fast. No food. We wait. At 18:37 i get a email saying something went wrong. If you have questions please reply on the email. I email them back to find out were my food is and get no reply. I wait a few minutes. By then my 6 year old son is nagging where is his food. I then decide to google for their contact no and call them, to find out the driver waited for 20 minutes and then canceled the order from his side. I ask why they didnt inform me, because i could of made another plan to break mine and my sons fast. All they said was sorry. Do i want my money back. I then ask for a manager and waited more then 20 minutes to talk to a manager called Ryan. Who listen to my story and also said sorry. At this time i was so upset as my son was fasting so long and no food was delivered and poor comunication. What if i did not call. I would still been waiting. The manager just appoligised and said if they do the order my food would arrive at 20:00 So my son had to fast from 6:00 until 20:00 However i made him a toasted cheese in the mean while. My food arrived at 20:00 and the drive just laughted at me. No sorry and said it was him here is my food. At this time not me or my son was hungry anymore. This was the worst experience in my life and the manner they could help me was very poor. The manager just said sorry. I finally got a enail back also saying sorry. With a R20 coupon free delivery. Realy now. My airtine calling them to explain was more then R20. I am disgusted that a 6 year old was not able to break his fast with what i ordered. The lack of communication and just a laugh from the driver. I don't think il be using this app again. And il tell all my friends and family to rather use another app.
