Mr. D Food’s - pathetic service

Just received my order from Mr. D Food and I will never order from them again. After phoning them to notify them of my order the manager said well sorry we will provide you with a refund coupon. Now after all this time I have to go somewhere and wait even more in order for my kids just to have their supper. They phoned me back saying sorry the restaurant is closed they won’t be able to replace my order, I then phoned Fish aways myself and they where in fact I’m not closed and they themselves will replace my new order. On my previous complaint on a order ( that I couldn’t even eat I threw it away) a manager never even bothered phoning me back. This service is not free and money doesnt grow on trees. Clearly they make way to much money to worry about customer service. And they should train their staff better
