Mr D food with poor service and communication skills!!!!!

I ordered food from McDonald’s the driver got lost I kept giving him the correct address and requested that he gives me the number so I can communicate he then claimed he is living and my order was stated as delivered where as I got nothing I want my refund. The driver was not willing to follow instructions, what’s frustrating is that it say delivered to the address I said I was at the very same address he couldn’t find or get to this is disgusting!!
