Mr D Food - Voucher *******

I qualified and obtained a R4000 Mr D Food voucher through a Samsung promotion earlier this year. The voucher option I selected was for R200 increments, and 20 vouchers were issued to me by Mr D Food via the sms option that I elected. I used some of the vouchers, but due to my phone being ******, I am unable to redeem the remaining vouchers, as the sms's can't be restored. I requested Mr D Food to assist me with the remaining unused vouchers( 8 vouchers valued at R1600). They sent me mail advising me that they're very sorry about the loss of my phone and that they can't assist me. So in other words they're just forfeiting my vouchers because I don't have the unused voucher codes. I don't accept this and quite frankly don't care what their policy is, it's unfair and day light ******* as they should surely have a legitimate record of transactions to reconcile against. Mr D Food is an established business and I really wasn't expecting this from them..... but sadly this is the case and I don't accept their resolution to the matter.
