Mr D Food unavailable to query late/non delivery of order

I have placed an order through the Mr D Food app at Debonairs pizza. The delivery is now more 40minutes late with no feedback or update from them. When trying to query the issue with the delivery on the, the app simply bombs out so I tried to call them. First time the call was simply cut off and the second time been holding for more than 10 minutes.... no answer.
