Mr. D Food: Terrible Service

Utterly disappointed in Mr. D. I purchased a meal online and the app said my bank card authorisation failed,yet they debited from my card. Tried to order again and the same thing happened. I contacted my bank to assist and they said Mr. D had to send a cancellation letter. They said they don't do that and that my bank has to return my cash. It became a back and forth all morning and till now my money has not returned. I demand my money back!!!! Also,their WhatsApp line was unavailable until late
