MR D FOOD STOLE MY MONEY AND FOOD. BAD SERVICES ALWAYS. DON'T USE IT PLEASE

I ordered a meal R130 from Nandos via MR D Food, however i made a mistake on the adress. So when the driver arrived i immediately got in contact with him so he can know my exact location. The driver refused and so he took both my food and my R130. Iwas told i could not claim a refund according to a section because i did no open the door or reply for 10 minutes.
