Mr D Food *****ing money

I've ordered food and the amount was taken from my bank account card yet after some minutes it was stated that the order was canceled by the restaurant, and no refund or credit was issued, they MRDFood told me to take up the matter of refund with my bank.... FU MRDFood, you are blatently *****ing people's money and have no regard to contact or to correct the issue.
