Mr D Food Snack Me. Don't use this service

The snack me service is flawed and broken. I sent a gift to someone who later informed me that he can't place an order due to not being in the service area?

He already accepted not knowing this and now you can't refund. Don't use this service as you won't get a refund if you fall outside the service area. Why not check to confirm before sending the gift?

Such horrible service.
