Mr D Food Richardsbay Refund

I placed an order via Mr D Food Richardsbay for takaway food on sunday 02 May 2021. The amount due R500 was deducted twice from my account. I contacted them and was informed the refund will be done. I then receive a mail stating it will take 3 - 5 working days. Today i received a refund of R120. 90. Once again i placed a complaint as this is unacceptable. Now i am being told the refund is in two payments?? Why??? You took my money straight and now i have to wait. Mr D Food Richardsbay not acceptable not recommended!!!
