Mr D food ok with theft and *****

Someone was using my banking details to buy food from Mr D foods, I don’t orders from them not have Do I even have the app, I have sent them details and proof and have asked them to contact me, to date I have had no responses, they keep asking for the same things over and over. I am disgusted that this is how they treat people. All I needed was the name of the person so that I can demand my money back. It’s been 2 weeks
