Mr D Food, not sticking to promises

Order number DFD*** (***) was logged with missing items. Speaking to the Help Center, was promised a refund, but was only given a coupon code due to the amount being less than R50, what about the tip which was based on the total order amount? No Manager available to assist as I do understand consultants only stick to their scripts.
