Mr D Food - Loyal customer unhappy

All of a sudden they block my Mr D App. Very weird. I phone them. They say I am suspended for using some else's card. They are basically calling me a *****. I am not and have never needed to use someone else's bank card. I added my card when I first registered and updated when they expired. I have spent thousands of Rands on Mr D Food app in the last 5 years. They confirmed my card no's and said they will sort this out. A week later I am still waiting. What has happened to service in this country. There is none. You need to fix this Mr D Food
