Mr D Food horrible customer service

I placed an order, driver got lost. He then asked me to send him my location on WhatsApp of which I did, next thing my order is cancelled. And the company tells me they could only refund me 50% why? When it’s not my fault but their *********** driver’s.

It made me livid hearing that the drivers eat the food they failed to deliver! Someone out there is eating the food that I paid for whereas I’m hungry and only entitled to 50% of my own money.

I would not recommend this company as it is clearly profit first and don’t even listen to customer queries. Worst customer support ever.
