Mr D Food doesn't deliver your food

I ordered food with MR D Food. I was informed on the app that the food was delivered when it in fact was not. No one else at this property. No driver in the street. No neighbor's accepted it. I was told by support to wait 15 minutes, and that they would phone again. It's been 25 minutes. No phone call. Waiting on the call centre line for 10 minutes with no answer. No refund. We are hungry after a long day of moving. And the service delivery is **********.
