Mr D food does not want to give me my money back, while I have canceled the order and the food was not collected.

Yesterday I have canceled my order and i was told that it can not be done, the worse thing i was involved in a car accident i don't know how they expected me to fetch the food at the shop. All in all I have donated R336 to Mr D food and Mac donald I feel there is something they should have done.
