Mr D food did not deliver my food today and I ordered baby essentials I need today, paid by card

I made an order early this morning at 10:25 am on Mr D food. It's 2pm and I'm still waiting on my order. I ordered baby essentials I need today. The app sucks because there is no where you can complain or any updates on my order
