Mr d food delivery service

I placed an order with Mr Delivery, when I got the food my wings that I ordered wasn't included.

I reported this, I got an email back with a coupon I can use on the Mr delivery app which would expire a few days later.

I don't use the app often so I did not want the coupon but rather for the food to be delivered or my money to be refunded.

The consultant from Mr delivery did not respond to my email so Im ending up losing my money.

Very bad customer service. Will never use Mr Delivery again
