Mr D food delivery poor service

Had my order cancelled by the driver because I needed to change my location which was like 2km in the same area, I never received my food nor my money or any credits, I called the call centre I was put on hold to speak to a manager and up until today I never spoke to a manager, I have been ****** of my money and my food by MR D
