MR D food delivery daylight theft

Placed an order on Monday 2023-02-06 for 2 Debonairs pizzas, I then needed to change the location and contacted the call center( which delivers very poor and unprofessional service, people are sounding sleepy, they just don't care), and contacted the driver, I then sent him the address which he agreed to, and he never pitched and I never received my order and Mr D refuses to refund or credit my Mr D account, won't ever be supporting this bad company, I will be opening a case of theft against Mr D and the driver
