Mr D Food / Delivery - Call Centre Helpless!!!

I have R 2700 food vouchers, can not use due to issues with App. made several call the last 2 weeks and still can't use the vouchers. Spoke to Team leaders Jason and Josh and all empty promises. Called again today 15 Jan, when trying to speak to them they are not available.
