Mr D Food deliver no refund

So on the 20 March 2020i placed an order. Money out my account. NO order was received from KFC as they had no food. Requested refund. They say 3 days. I have sent many many emails. No response. I have tried phoning, no response. R169.. Still waiting on my money?
