Mr D Food coupons not allowed as advertised

Mr D Food coupons not allowed on check out On 3 May 2024 KFC advertised a coupon for a new meal on our Mr D Food app. My wife tried using the coupon and after she could not finalise the payment with the coupon I tried to do the food order including the coupon as advertised. Neither of us could use the coupon without any reason for not allowing it to be used.

The t&c said: one coupon and offer per customer. Not that it was a limited offer or any other detail.

This was reported to Mr D Food after completing the order. Mr D Food now replies 3 days later with a lame excuse that the coupon must be used on a specific day. Exactly why I reported it: WE USED IT ON THE DAY IT WAS ADVERTISED!! No help or useful answer from Mr D Food on advert on their app!
