Mr D Food are ******!!!! Stay away

Essentially these guys are a Case Study of what ****** look like. In as much as the actions of their service providers are well beyond their control. It follows that deducting money before the order goes through seems to be a premature step and very reckless in that context.

It's time they relook their systems. The great inconvenience this causes to your customers I do not have words for it. You take my money and dont bring it back, how do you expect me to transact again. Who will pay for the bank charges for all these internet transactions? Why would you deduct money before the restaurant confirms an order? For them to then say oh you have been refunded by it can take 5 days is abit ingenious its sheer pathetic and this is why I have decided not to even use Mr D again and to make sure noone I know uses it unless you revise your systems that are obviously not customer centred.

Your customer service is terrible. So many people have complained and you not willing to listen or change your processes then by all means let's see what the public have to say.
