Mr. D Food app - worst service

Mr. D Food - great app, worst service ever after ordering food. We ordered some food through the Mr D Food app last night from Nandos in Glen Acres. The ordering process was great, but after the order was placed we received the worst service ever. We placed our order just before 7, and the expected time for delivery was given as 19h58. We eventually received our delivery after 21h30, cold and not even all items delivered.

After several calls to Mr Delivery and to Nandos themselves we got to the bottom of what really happened. The order was ready at the original collection time given, but when the driver arrived Nandos was out of stock on the paddle pop that was supposed to be included with one of the kids meals. Nandos was happy to change this with a more expensive Magnum ice cream, but then the driver decided this was not in order and ended up leaving our complete order there.

After several phone calls, and holding on to talk to people, Nandos agreed to send our food with their own delivery person. Once again promises were made for the delivery to take place at a specific time, but we had to wait, and wait, and wait. We only received our order after 21h30, and then we had to find out not everything was there.

This is not the first time we have used this app, Mr. D Food to order take aways, but last night was indeed the last. We hope they dont treat all their customers like they did us, because they will soon not have any more customers left. #worstservice
