Mr D food a disappointment

I ordered buttered chicken off Mr Delivery via a company calle top chef durban for R100.... And I got 4 small beast pieces and 500ml of soup. Can I allow them to review themselves and refund me as I'm still looking at the delivery in its plastic holder
