I ordered food using their app and the app was acting up and a wrong selection was made a result. It was supposed to be delivery but collect was selected. It was late to change that, because the order was already placed (card payment) .

I tried calling them to rectify this, but was told I cannot do that, they cannot assign a driver. Even when I mentioned that I will pay for delivery cash.

How's that even possible when the food is already prepared.

I had the worst experience today, even worse their reasoning is not even valid.
