Mr D food

Today I ordered food from Nandos via Mr D food, the driver called from Mr D food called and asked for directions even though the directions were clearly given on the website, anyway, no big deal, I give him the directions, still he struggled to make it to my place, kept on getting lost, next thing he's asking me to meet him half way? For a delivery that I paid for? On a rainy weather? I explain to him that it's raining and I have no car, he still insists, Literally shouts at me, just before I was about to respond he hung up. Mind you that time I'm outside my complex at the gate waiting for him. 10 minutes after the call I go back inside, very annoyed I start searching for the Mr Delivery number as I want to complain, just as I was about to dial, he calls with a different number, tells me he's outside my place I should hurry up as he has other deliveries to make, I rush to the gate and find him there with two other guys from my complex, my guess is he must've borrowed one of the guy's phone to make that one last call telling me he's outside, anyway, I find him shouting telling the guys how I was not very 'cooperative' I guess, I'm like, can I have my food now? He continues shouting for whatever reason, I then start feeling the need to defend myself and ask him "you actually wanted me to meet u halfway for a delivery that I paid for? On a rainy weather even? Does that sound fair to you?" then he's like "well, why didn't you call me then?" I'm like "call you? U hung up on me!" he's like "my airtime ran out, you should've called me" I'm like "how the hell was I supposed to know that your airtime ran out?" besides, how is that any of my problem? This guy expected me to give him directions using my own airtime and meet him half way even though I paid a full amount for the delivery? This situation made me so angry I ended up taking my food and left him there still shouting and the two guys even saw that he was wrong and told him to just give me my food and leave. I am not pleased at all considering that this was my first time ordering via Mr Delivery. Honestly I don't know if it's me or not but these foreign delivery guys are just rude unprovoked. I've had another encounter before with a foreign delivery guy and they're just kaak rude!
