I ordered groceries from PnP KwaMnyandu Mall via Mr D. My order was not delivered. I ended requesting a refund in the 2nd of January which is supposed to take 5 business days. Today 12th still no refund. I have communicated with them via WhatsApp only to be sent from pillar to post. Very disappointed with Mr D
