Mr D Falling Apart!

I am not at all happy with your service.

You took the moneys off before even confirming the purchase. As KFC did not confirm any order. The lady who I happen to have called in your department was not hearing and blaming the system. I am in fact blaming your app. Who pays for these bank charges? Not you? Now I must wait three to five working days to get my money back? I in fact went myself to KFC and ordered the same order I placed on Mr D! What amazed me was how much you are doing us in? It is one thing to add R20.00 for what you call (Free Delivery), and R45.43 Drivers Tip What got me even more upset is that you are making R65.00 in this case from the original ordered, should I have went myself and paid directly at KFC for the same order R389.30 and your sum for KFC only is R454.30? Above the original KFC price? This is just outrageous! So to make matters worse, no matter the total price was me going directly to KFC and paying R389.30 (For the same order) and your total price is R519.73 with all the bells and whistles?? Meaning you are making a total of R130.43, just from my order??

Now tell me why must I use your service?

I am sure the your contract does not allow for that to happen.
