Mr D fails to honour promo code

A restaurant was advertising a R30 promo discount for orders over R120. I tried to apply the code on checkout but it was rejected…I placed the order thinking I would get the credit after contacting their customer care. They said I had to have a screenshot which I did not…they said they knew of the promo but couldn’t help me or cancel the order. I advised that I will use Uber Eats in future to which they were not worried. Thank goodness there is competition and we have options
