Mr D driver went above and beyond to assist us!

On Thursday, during a power interruption, I ordered food from Mr D Food. After collecting my order (which arrived 20 minutes EARLIER than promised!), I failed to notice that the gate did not close on its own as it is supposed to. The young gentleman who had delivered our food, called twice (I missed the calls) and stayed an additional 10 minutes until we went out into the garden, to ensure that no-one entered the premises until we could close the gate again. Now that is exceptional service! Unfortunately, I did not get the gentlemen's name, but I am incredibly appreciative of his dedication and care - it truly is exceptional. Thank you!
