Mr D driver stole my phone and keeps working for Mr D

As a shop owner, Mr D driver come to collect orders. One driver in particular, stole phone from me. Even with surveillance footages that I sent to Mr D, even after he was arrested, he still keeps working for Mr D. Mr D really doesn't care about their customers and shop owners safety.
